Picual Varietal

This varietal is produced only with olives of the Picual Variety from Spain. Said variety provides strong, intense, full bodied oil, exquisitely bitter and with a definite personality. Thanks to its features, Eliá Picual brings out the flavor of vegetables, especially potatoes, and is an excellent, original base for sauces and stews.

Suggestion, enjoy by sprinkling a few drops over a slice of bread with Iberian ham.

This variety is grown at the Northern oasis of Mendoza.

Color: Golden green.

Aroma: Lovely aroma of recently picked fresh herbs, fruity, with a slight touch of apples. It has a clean, fragrant scent.

Flavor: Fresh, full bodied flavor. Exquisitely bitter and spicy.
