Arbequina Varietal

This varietal is produced only with olives of the Arbequina variety from Catalonia, Spain. EliĆ” Arbequina has a very soft flavor, with a slight touch of almonds that recalls the fresh and green aroma of olives at their optimum ripeness stage.

Thanks to its features, EliĆ” Arbequina grants a distinctive personality to salads, pickled food, and especially white fish.

This variety is grown at the Northern oasis of Mendoza.

Color: Light yellow, with a touch of green, transparent.

Aroma: Fruity aroma that recalls fresh olives, with a slight touch of apples.

Flavor: Bitter flavor of almonds, slightly spicy, with a sweet end.
