Arauco Farga Varietal

This varietal is produced with olives of the Arauco variety from Argentina and the Farga variety from Spain. The oil resulting from the Arauco variety is characterized by its green color and outstanding bitter and spicy flavor. These characteristics are moderated by adding oil extracted from the Farga olives which have a softer flavor. The resulting oil is balanced, very fruity and pleasant. Its distinctive characteristics make it an ideal accompaniment for barbecues. It goes well with meet, barbecued fish, grilled cheese, salads and even over toasted homemade bread.

These varieties are grown at the Eastern zone of Mendoza.

Color: Yellowish green.

Aroma: Very fruity, aromatic, fresh and fragrant.

Flavor: Very balanced flavor, fresh with bitter and spicy notes.
