Eliá Blend is the result of a coupage of selected olive varieties chosen by our tasting panel. It is an exquisite product of great acceptance in all markets.
This versatile olive oil goes perfectly well with fresh salads as well as with meet, grilled fish. It can also be enjoyed with fresh bread, toasted bread, and even as a substitute to butter.
These varieties are grown at the Eastern zone of Mendoza.
Color: Greenish yellow.
Aroma: Aroma of pleasant fresh herbs, fruity green. Clean and fragrant scent.
Flavor: Fruity flavor of ripe olives with slight bitter and spicy notes. Very balanced.
